Kids' Bop XV

Keilah likes to "dance". She'll dance when I'm singing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" or when she hears a good beat. I caught her on tape dancing to her brothers' music. So here she is in her debut music video with Zeke on harmonica and Silas on drums.

Just to gross you out

The doctor says her growing tooth probably cut a vein and the blood is building up. It will subside or burst, either of which will apparently not hurt her. Strangely enough she doesn't seem too bothered by it (with a little help from Orajel).

8/22/09 Update: She and Zeke bumped heads and she started bleeding a little. The bleeding stopped, but this morning she woke up with her gums looking much much better.

Boating Fun

We borrowed a boat from Chris's work and took it out on Kaneohe Bay today. It was really fun. We got to swim and both boys took a turn at driving it. Beautiful Day!

Keilah Crawls

I would like to blame my broken hand on the lack of blog updates, but really it's just laziness. So here's reason to post. She's 7-1/2 months old now and so much fun. She's been working on her crawling for a while and has only recently started doing it more frequently. I think she'd rather just run, but she just doesn't have the balance yet.

Who does he/she look like?

I always hear about how much my babies look like one side of the family or the other. So I thought I'd post my and Chris's baby pictures along with my babies so you can make a better judgment. I think Chris and I have a lot of similar features, so it makes it more difficult to tell. The only thing I'm really sure of is that Zeke has grandpa Rauch's ears.

Summer Fun

I thought I'd share some pictures of our summer fun.
The boys in our backyard pool
Keilah likes the swing. If you zoom you can see her 2 bottom teeth.
All 3 kids-a-swinging.

Sand castle at the beach (while Keilah slept).

Below are pictures of a hike we took up the mountain by our house to find a geocache.
